Negatives: Breakfast was not really good.

Negatives: Woke up at 2am with bed bug bites packed up and went to desk no one there waited finally lady comes out of bathroom. I tell her situation and she says nobody there till nine and she had to go do other job. I call after nine talk to desk just wanting to let them know what was going on so they would take care of problem. He said sorry for inconvenience and would have management call me back never did. I understand it is not their fault but at least treat me with a little respect.

Negatives: The breakfast was VERY limited. Food items were not enough for the number of guests like cooked eggs and biscuits that had run out along with coffee. I felt sorry for larger groups with children as we stood in line for what was offered. We paid a price for the room that far exceeded the services due to a popular weekend since the hotel was full. You would expect more since the hotel charged more, but more importantly, they seemed unprepared for guest services. We could have saved at least 100.00 going to a lower rated hotel and received the same quality. When we arrived there was a gentleman who needed a sugar drink or snack for someone who was having a diabetic low, but the front desk would not take anything but cash. He waited for someone to bring cash from his party, but you would think the front desk would have something to give him for this type of emergency. I witnessed this at arrival. Our tv channels were not all working and we received only a few channels as we were limited in this capacity too.

Negatives: The staff was NOT accommodating in any fashion. The room was dated. The windows were filthy with dirt obscuring the view and condensation on them. The faucet was leaking over the bathroom counter when in use. This hotel does NOT have daily housekeeping the ONLY housekeeping services we received were an emptying of the trash bins and some new towels housekeeping did NOT make the bed despite the fact that we did NOT leave any of our belongings on the bed. TV failed to get any channels. On the last day of my two day stay I discovered that the door for our room did NOT lock. Bottom line THIS PLACE IS A DUMP DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The hotel management is atrocious too.

Negatives: There was so many roaches out side I didn’t see none inside but was spooked after seeing how many is outside this place and the amount of homeless was a lot

Negatives: The manager was very rude to me!! I booked a second nite there and went to pay at the front desk an the manager at the desk wasn’t lettin me check in without payin a 150 dollar deposit when I informed him that the price on this app was the price I was supposed to pay he started to tell me that there is nothing he can do to waive the fee bt just the nite prior when I checked in the price listed was what I paid bt the service they gave me was terrible then it was my first time staying there an he tried to accuse me of smokin weed outside of the hotel an coming in smellin like weed soo that’s y I feel like he didn’t want to waive the money but regardless I never stayed there till that day soo he was just profiling me I feel

Negatives: The hotel itself was rather grim and needs to be renovated. Had to go to the 6th floor for ice. The channel selections on the tv was inadequate.
