Positives:
The guy at the front desk was nice and got me checked in straight away after just finishing a long day of driving, I just wanted to lay down and relax, so he was super great in that regard.
Negatives:
Everything other than the front desk guy. My bathroom door didnt close all the way, the heating system was busted and it was around 34F outside, the room had not been cleaned and when I asked the front desk man he said "they lock the housekeeping room at night so I don't have access to anything" when he was asked for a vacuum. Not his fault, but why is this the case? There are a list of other things as well. Too expensive, bugs, unclean linens, items left in the mini fridge.

When I got there you can smell the marijuana in the air I was placed on the third floor where the hallway was riddled with trash and smelled I was placed in a smoking room when requested for a non smoking room I was told they was filled and did not have any available.
