Our room itself was comfortable and clean for the most part. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Exterior and hallways not very clean. It appears to be a semi permanent living setting for some folks who seemed to be otherwise without a home. I want them to have a place to live.
However I would encourage Extended Stay to do better in keeping up the external areas and ensure that all guests keep their areas neat and clean. The tub/shower unit in our room is very worn out and looks bad/needs replaced. The sofa bed mattress was very dirty looking and we chose not to use it though we had hoped to.

Dirty. So so Smelly. People were banging against walls and doors and smoking in the hallway and no response from management. Phone in room didnt work. Bugs. Nonresponsive front desk.

Super dirty & smelt horrible. There was dried blood on the couch & lamp shade. There was loose hair all in the bed, we didn’t even sleep under the covers.
