After Sunday, Sep 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 22, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Where do I start let's start with the roaches then the refrigerator was leaking all the food in the refrigerator became Frozen and unable to eat then the toilet wouldn't flush over flowed twice no one came to fix it they brought me a plunger staff was very rude they actually charged my card $90 over the amount and then give me the full amount back give me less then have back... The worst hotel in the worst staff I've ever come across do not book here people were getting high in the stairwell I believe one of the staffs came in my room and belongings were missing just don't book a room here
