Positives: Upgraded room worked well for me. Spacious and comfortable.

Negatives: Computer was down when I arrived and it took some pressure on my part for the desk clerk to figure out how to get me into a room asap, not hours from when I arrived. Also I wanted a room on the first floor which wasn't available for the rate I paid -- I had to again pressure the desk clerk to come up with a quote for how much additional I would have to pay to get a first floor room.

Positives: the room was clean. the air conditioning was, great, the beds were very comfortable. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the price was very affordable.

Negatives: there were no towels in one room and one towel in the other room(six people total), no microwave or refrigerator, and in one room the phone to the front desk did not work.
