Negatives:
Noticed a couple trying their card on my room door when my daughter was in there. Front desk wrote my room number on their sleeve but card was for wrong room. Front desk fixed this but invalidated my card at the same time. Very inconvenient to have to go get new ones.
Also, the security chain was nearly ripped out of the frame.

First room's AC did not work and had to move to a different room. Rooms were not cleaned well and smelled bad. The walls were thin. Facilities are outdated. It was overpriced. Also, they charged an additional $2.12 fee above the price confirmed on Booking.com. They said they would reverse the charge but it has been a month and they have not done so, even after multiple calls and messages.

The woman at check in was super friendly and nice. Everything was clean except the shower.
Negatives:
The location was dingy and creepy. This is definitely a hotel where people are living more than staying for a quick visit. The guests constantly loitering and lingering around outside made me feel uncomfortable and the deadbolt on my room was broken. I would not recommend this hotel to a solo traveler.

The steps were shabby, the corridor was shabby. There was not enough wash cloth. Had to go to the office for wash cloth. Our stay was two days. The room was not cleaned, neither was the bed made nor linen changed. In my opinion, this should not be called a hotel.
