For this being a Marriott property, it's in disrepair. I was able to see patch up ceilings and walls from water damage. The sofa is stained, and the carpets are dirty throughout the room and hallway.

Negatives:
Housekeeping continuously banged on my door at 9am to ask me when I was leaving. I had a few long days of travel and was really hoping to sleep longer. There really has to be a better way to ask people for an approximate time of departure.
