Bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful although you had to run the water a long time before it got hot. A water waste

Everywhere needs cleaning from the lobby floors, corridor walls, elevators button panels, tables in the breakfast area. TV channels don't offer regular ABC,NBC or CBS only FOX? Being from another country, disappointed. The hairdryer didn't work, so soaking wet, I called at 7:52 for one advised 10 minutes, okay fine but meanwhile 3 calls later and now 8:27 one finally came NOT acceptable. Towels are thin and worn. The corner chair to sit on is so soiled it should be replaced or recovered. Windows are dirty.
A guests pit-bull puppy off leash in lobby! Granted, drug users (smoking dope, drinking)in the parking lot having a row with verbal loud profanities being used is how this stay started. You need security as the front desk staff cannot do this and take care of their job.
Toilet plunger in hallway near room. Housekeeping didn't pick it up even after dropping the hairdryer so hands free could have taken care of that but didn't. 1 hour later and more staff on, still on floor in hallway.
Trash bags near elevator emanated disgusting odors.
Breakfast was less than good quality.

Absolutely horrendous. The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. I didn't even stay the last two evenings as it was just too gross. There was mold, mildew and terrible smells. There wasn't even a door on the bathroom. I requested a refund for the nights I didn't stay but you guys never contacted me back. I will never use booking.com ever again.
