Days-Inn by Wyndham Baltimore Northwest

Negatives: People in the room next to me were smoking pot non-stop. I'm the early morning of our first and only night there ( we planned to be there 6 days), the people next door engaged in a knock down drag out screaming match that lasted over two hours. About the time of normal check out, the police finally arrived to take care of the fighting outside. Once that was over, we tried to get some sleep. All we could hear was pounding constantly. I called the front desk and told them about the pounding. They insisted there was no pounding. After another hour I got dressed and went outside to find there was construction being done on the second floor above me. I tried to sleep, but finally at 4pm we decided to leave and go to another hotel. We asked to be refunded for that night since we could not stay there because of the construction. They refused and charged me for that night. I was never told there was going to be construction above my room. They didn't seem to care about the insane fight that brought the cops to just outside my room, or the construction occurring right above my room.

Negatives: Had issue checking in after staying for 5 days

Negatives: The guest that wanted to argue with my 15 year old

Negatives: My room had roaches tried to switch room to the one I had the night before. Front desk said the room was already taken but I was two doors from it no one was in there. I tried dealing with it till the morning but I couldn't because I saw more roaches ( on the nightstand by the bed ) that did it for me so called front desk back to tell them it was unacceptable and also the room I asked for in the beginning was not booked so she checked and agreed so I was able to switch rooms. I've been coming to this hotel for awhile and I see some things have changed but overall the rooms are good and clean . First time seeing roaches tho

Negatives: Checking in was not fast and unexpected security deposit fee that I didn't have

Negatives: There was no closet or wardrode. Two knobs w six hangars?! How about a small dresser w drawers. Amenities - small pillows, Satellite TV for the birds. Invest in good cable service (w local pro sports, 1-2 pro sports networks, a good family channel), better room lighting (1 more ceiling fixture makes a difference), no alarm clock. The shower water pressure was spotty.

Negatives: I didn't like their still doing remodeling. You can smell the fresh paint and a little dusty did places. But it was from the tools they were using.
