Very clean from the outdoor landscaping to the lobby to the guest rooms. Attention to detail by the housekeeping staff

Very little counter space surrounding the sink in the bathroom. Nowhere to put cosmetics, personal care products.

Location was good. Parking was good.
Negatives:
Recent renovation with some parts clean and new, mixed in with the exiting, eg.new sink but old pipework which leaked. New shower but old bath tub with stains and poor drainage. New safe but locked and no maintenance on site to open it... Offered not to clean the room as an alternative to keep goods safe. No rollout beds as said no longer offer despite plenty of room.
Staff really let the place down.... unhelpful, unfriendly, rude, smoking outside reception, eating plates of food walking around and in reception, no hot water for drinks, staff eating breakfast lefovers while guests still eating. Poor... disappointing and not good value for money.
Would not recommend or return.
