Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. Positives:
This property is quiet, even though it is located very close to all the nearby shopping/entertainment. Also, all areas of the property were remarkably clean.
Negatives:
I am not impressed by the price for my stay. The total amount of money I was required to spend was $244. Although $75 of it was a refundable deposit ( I checked out on Tuesday, it is not yet returned on Friday) I still feel like $244 is a little excessive for a hotel that will be standing there, empty or full. I can't say for everyone, but I don't always have $250 to spend for 1 nights sleep. This was the least expensive hotel in the area outside of the RRoof inn.

Positives:
The property was clean and comfortable. Locations is safe, had plenty of restaurants and an outlet mall nearby.
Negatives:
Only issued I had was the room key system. I was there for 9 nights and 8 of nights I had to go back downstairs to get a new key everyday because the key stopped working. I believe is an ongoing issue that needs to be corrected

The staff was very professional and polite the place was really clean the rooms were exceptionally clean different snacks and coffee omg great and outdoor grilles and gazebo you would never want to leave

I Love the location and even the hotel was newly renovated

I got a King Suite the room look great but entire room stinks with of sewage smell I spoke to a manager but because this was during Memorial Holiday we couldn’t get another room of the same size when we left we were charged $15 dollars and never got a receipt of anything up to the time I’m writing this. We checked out 4am on 27th May 2024.
