Great staff. Quick to fix issues with our room.
Negatives:
Didn't like the fact that our original room was changed by another staff member. But the staff I worked with on phone days prior to checking in happened to be at the desk and did his best to fix that.
Also bed was badly stained but staff was quick to fix the issue by bringing in another mattress and bedding.
