Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. The room had a very strong odor and when I requested a room change, the staff simply said they had no additional room to change it with. There were also too many random people loitering in the hallways and the parking lots. I had to checkout the next morning and found alternative accommodation. Never again!

Car got broken into.
Booked my date, made the change immediately, they said they couldn’t honor it, I had to get all my stuff and find another hotel, just for them 2 hours later to confirm it, so I didn’t even need to leave.
Door keys stopped working to get in an out of the building
First room smelled terrible
The 2 day they claimed to not have any rooms available, but then when paying asked me which room I’d like to pick on which floor.
When I tried to rebook the third day, the clerk claimed not to see my name at all, an I’ve been booked at that location and have an extended stay account.
I’ll probably never use extended stay again after this experience.

Service & staff were very friendly and helpful!
I stay at that specific location every month & have been for months now.
Negatives:
This time I accepted a room I usually don’t stay in ( handicapped accessible), first the AC went out then the bed slipped out of place and started rocking back and forth like I was on a boat!
Needless to say I didn’t get very much sleep, I considered staying another night, however after that all happened, I decided that I would be able to get to where I needed to go and sleep there!
