The person in the room next to ours had the TV on all night at max volume. I asked the staff to call him around 4am as we couldnt sleep, and nothing happened. Wouldnt stay here again, the walls are paper thin

One of the front desk employees was very annoying. Not rude but pretended to handle problems and did not. Acted like everything was a joke and had disposition of a teen male. Building has a chronic smoking problem

It was convenient for my work schedule.

Yes someone who stayed in the room before I did left the window open, so once I checked into it I closed it, and someone was knocking on the window so I couldn't get rested up for my work so I checked out the same day. Checked in Thursday and checked out.

Room was super poor in location. Could hear the gym and the breakfast the next morning bright and early. TV did not work. There's also a pet deposit not listed on their listing. My second stay here and it will be my last.

I tried to book this hotel at 3am for the rest of Thursday night. They ended up booking me for friday night instead, so I was unable to use the booked room.
