Negatives: No air conditioning, all heat. Have to take 3 showers to stay cool. Call front desk for help, asked to change room. The rep told me that all rooms were booked. Sheets were so dirty I called for clean sheets and they were sent to our room. Bathroom wasn’t clean and there was a trash bag .

Positives: The hot water was hot and I mean 5 star hot.

Negatives: It's 2 stars plenty like ac not working construction issues and some minor cleaning details even with these minor things for a place to crash for a few before a long ride it sufficed.
