The staff was very nice and professional. Very accommodating.

The room was very dirty it had what look like mouse droppings on the floor next to the tub and also behind the toilet seat. When we arrived in the room both beds had some type of weird stains so I took a shower and left I didn't even stay my entire time.

It was lots of fun....
Positives:
I liked the TV channels and that there was a microwave. I liked the desk area and the chair.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that the bed was dirty. The bed had little bits of hair and it made me get itchy. I didn’t like the smell of cigarettes and the bathroom was dirty too. I’m disappointed.

It was close to the stadium we were going to for a concert and there was a security guard on site in her car during the evening

They didn't have my payment in the system, kept trying to charge me, once that was fixed, I got a room key and it was to an occupied room filled with someone else's belongings and had to go back to check in. The lady was very kind about everything. I also got a check in slip with someone else's name and phone number on it. Finally when I got the right room key and room number from the front desk, we used the elevator to get stuff upstairs and it was pretty musty. The room was clean minus the dead bugs on the ground and the broken a/c. Also, it was supposed to all be smoke free but just about everyone was smoking a cig or something more right outside thier doors

I paid for 2 nights stayed for one and they couldn't give back my refund. Again I complained that the room they gave me was stinking of cigarettes and they didn't change my room. I can be refunded one day that will be considerate because actually I didn't stay in that room. I just kept my stuffs and stayed with a friend came back in the morning and left.

No air conditioning, all heat. Have to take 3 showers to stay cool. Call front desk for help, asked to change room. The rep told me that all rooms were booked. Sheets were so dirty I called for clean sheets and they were sent to our room. Bathroom wasn’t clean and there was a trash bag .
