The staff i had some barge in my room with my kids and noone showed any sympathy for how they frightened my kids management was very rude i had to call cooperate

Only 2 membership staff were off, hats off to Jarod in reception, Carlos the maintenance and Alma in housekeeping. Brekkie was nice and felt homely.

It didn't seem like they changed the fruit in the hydration water so it always tasted off enough to buy water, the pool was dirty and a little cold

We were told by the front desk that breakfast was not included, only coffee. I showed them my receipt from booking.com and they ended up comping our breakfast.
