Extended Stay America Suites - Washington D.C. - Landover

Negatives: The Hotel does not match the price. It reminded me of a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn. Definitely not what I expected from an Extended Suite hotel. The room was dirty, and smelled like stale cigarettes. I had to run the air to help mask the smell. The tub was very dirty.

Negatives: It was a no smoking hotel but still had all sort of “smoke”!

Negatives: Staying at this hotel has been nothing short of disappointing. From the moment you walk in, the staff's demeanor is far from welcoming. They seem oblivious to the basic principles of hospitality, failing to even acknowledge a simple greeting with a response. Instead of a warm "Hi, how can I help you?" you're met with a cold stare. As if the lackluster service wasn't enough, the rooms are plagued with cockroaches, despite supposed pest control efforts. It's unsettling to say the least. And if that wasn't bad enough, basic amenities like the faucet are left broken, despite repeated requests for repairs falling on deaf ears. On top of everything else, the hotel's cleanliness policy, promising a weekly cleaning, proved to be yet another disappointment. Despite this assurance, during our three-week stay, they only came to clean once. This neglect left the room accumulating dirt and discomfort, further adding to our dissatisfaction with the overall experience. It's disheartening to see such a disregard for basic standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. To top it off, stepping outside reveals an unpleasant surprise – the grounds littered with pet waste, hardly the environment one would expect from a reputable establishment. It's clear that this hotel falls short in every aspect of guest experience, leaving much to be desired and ample reason for complaint.

Negatives: Staff rude behavior

Negatives: The tub was very unappealing and I didn’t want to use. The refrigerator and freezer were not cleaned and had old residue inside. The beds were not comfortable and were not a queen size.

Negatives: The property had cockroaches, not many towels, and we had to switch rooms because our bed broke doing nothing in it but sitting there.

Negatives: Roaches in hallway and dirty washcloth in my room.

Negatives: When we got there we had five people and what we booked was not what we asked for when we made the reservations, we had to end up getting an extra room just so everyone could have some place to sleep, if it wasn't for the lady Ms Denise at the desk our trip would have been worse at least she made us feel welcome and helped as much as she could. I had child with me so it was supposed to be a non smoking place but the hotel was scent up with weed the entire time. Next time I will definitely do better with making sure we received what we asked for..

Negatives: The lighten was poor, there was cockroaches in the room, the carpet was very dirty like a "crime scene ". The hallways smelled of Marijuana.
