After Wednesday, Oct 4th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: As long as there are good links I stay away from downtown for better rates. Largo is a way out but the hotel is 5 mins walk from the excellent metro system and its only $13 for a one day pass. WIFI was great and room spacious and clean. Excellent hot shower. As my flight home was very late they kindly stored my bag and I went back later to collect it. The silver line goes all the way from Largo to Dulles with no changes. Apart from the note below was happy with the price

Negatives: Limited breakfast and with only 2 easy chairs you have to take to your room. Coffee machine is not automatically provided but you can request one but I'm not sure they have sufficient number if there was great demand. My biggest issue is despite paying up front $100 was taken from my credit card even though there's no minibar or other expense you can incur. They do put the payment through and 2 weeks on it still has not been refunded despite my complaint to the hotel. I arrived from Miami where the hotel there took $1, which was refunded the day safter I checked out. A mixture of staff friendliness, some good and some not so

Negatives: There are many things that did not go well. We were family with a kid and wanted to cook food. One stove was working and microwave oven most of the buttons were not working. Staff were not friendly. They did not provide dish washing liquid.

Negatives: The shower was broken so when you took a shower water would go on the floor. There was only two pillow when we requested more they were all out .they told us breakfast was from 6:30 to 10 we went down at 7am and there was no breakfast they claim everything was out of stock
