The front desk concierge was very friendly, polite and attentive. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was warm and inviting.
Negatives:
The breakfast left very few options for those who are lactose intolerant and didn't want a sugar and processed food laden breakfast (cheese scrambled eggs, waffles, bagels, cereal, etc). Not great choices for those with sensitive stomachs.

The location was great. The room was as advertised. The staff was friendly and professional.
Negatives:
I filtered for the hotel to have a pool and it did not. Breakfast was selective in first come first served basis with biscuits. A pool would have been nice. Hot water wasnt really hot in the shower.

Had to pack and change rooms three times; without a tv first 16hrs of my stay (was told twice mgmt would contact me about compensation, but received no call); fire alarm malfunctioned for hours; on third move I was placed in a hearing-impaired friendly room. I informed front desk I had a medical condition and was extremely sensitive to the flashing lights which could result in a medical emergency- was told I would receive a call back, and no one called or checked on me.
