The front desk person charged me for the room x2 with out asking even though we payed for the room I advance. When I asked Hermon why he said
I did not tell him it was through booking, that was a complete llie. Showed him the booking so he could find my resvation.took 5 days to get me my money back. Have never had a hotel charge my card with out asking.

I did not have internet for the TV to watch any entertainment channels..no one came to check when I called front desk...also didn't have all the kitchen ware pots dishwasher was broke

I liked that there was a complimentary breakfast each day.
Negatives:
The counter of the kitchen was dirty, the table was sticky, and the floors were dirty. I felt like nobody actually cleaned the room before we stayed there, just made up the bed and stocked towels.
