The room was not prepared for three adult, and might I add mature, well travelled women. I requested two queen sized beds along with the sofa. We got a king sized bed and sofa. We had to request towels, etc., for the third person. The bathroom did not provide the privacy which I expected.

The elevator didn't work and I'm 59 and my mother is84 and we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with our luggage. Was told by the acting Manager on duty that he will give me 50% of my stay wich was 190.00 but still haven't received any discount.

The elevators kept breaking down and on last night, no elevators at all. I was on the 4th floor.
My 1st day checking in only one elevator. My 1st thought not good. 3rd day both elevators broke, 2 fixed that night then the next morning both broke again. Frustrating. Ruined the ending. My guest could not visit because they couldn’t do the stairs. Disappointed
