Positives:
The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The staff member that greeted me when I arrived was very nice. The late night staff member and I had issues. I called the front desk to let her know that my debit card was being double charged. She disputed my claims and was a bit argumentative. I felt like I was not getting anywhere and not being heard so I hung up the phone and went down stairs. When I got to the desk she handed me a copy of my bill and refused to listen to my complaint. I took the bill and went back to my room to avoid escalation. I called the after hours corporate office and left a message and my cell number, but never received a call. This staff member treated me horribly, I knew I may have been wrong for hanging up on her but I just felt this could have been handled a bit differently and with a bit more respect.

It was clean. Location was convenient to get to the cruise port next day. Comfortable and very friendly staff.

It is in need of some repairs. TV did not work well and there was a leak in the lobby area hallway.
