I’m originally from Russia and I’m used to good service and details, which is not enough in the country, but this hotel looks like a homeland’s hotels

04/28 the pool didn’t work, it should open from the end of May, despite the fact that outside is hot and there was no information about it. My 5 years old was upset.

Staff was amazing! All staff was uniformed. Most places look like the staff just got out of bed. They were great. Breakfast was great. They had waffles and someone from the staff was making them. Room was clean, plenty water pressure and plenty of towels.
Negatives:
Nothing! I will be back when Im in the area.

Floyd at the front desk check in was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Andy who the attendant at breakfast was also efficient. Overall a good stay

Positives:
Food was really good. Room were comfortable. Bed and those sheets were amazing. The walls and floors were solid like no one existed in other rooms. Not a single noise. My toddler and baby were okay even though we were on the 4th floor.
Negatives:
Elevators were not clearly marked.
Still had some smokers in some rooms and was coming maybe through the vents although I don't think it's the hotels fault
