The room was beautiful! The staff was amazing! I needed to make sure my boyfriend could go in the room without swiping my credit card at Check In since it was under his name. Hotel employee at the front desk was SO helpful with that!!!! I was coming from NY!

They are very under staffed. No room service during my stay. Cleaned my own trash each day. And Saturday and Sunday there was any breakfast severed, because of shirt staffing.

The price was the most attractive and the location.

The facility was not clean. Even upon entering the building it was trash on the outside on the ground that you can tell that been there for a while. The elevator had trash and dirt smeared on the floor and it was not a rainy day and was there the next day as well. That shown me a lack of concern for cleanliness. The room was clean and neat but everything outside of the room needed some serious attention. My shower curtain rod was broken and would not stay shut also but I can overlook that, it was, mostly the facility needs to be cleaned and on a continues basis to make guest feel comfortable.

20 minutes from Maryland Live Casino. Plenty of shopping within 7 miles of hotel. 30 minutes from Baltimore.

Tub drain was slow to remove shower water. Other than that and a little smell of Mary Jane in hallway it was decent.
