The service! The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and was able to keep me in the same room since I had back-to-back reservations at the hotel. The bed was excellent and the shower head pressure was perfect!

The bathroom was a bit small - wish there was more counter space.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it's nice to have a working refrigerator. And the climate control works well.

The outside pool was closed for the holiday weekend which was very irritating to me. The TV in room is very small and the furniture is old and beat up. If the hotel installed EV chargers in the parking lot would be a big upgrade.

Front desk staff was helpful and friendly, dance to hang out mostly updated and clean.
Negatives:
Our AC leaked and floor stayed wet near the desk and window the whole time and they never brought a fan in or tried to vacuum it. It didn't smell though.

The receptionist at the hotel was mean and staff was not respectful on 28th May day

It was a beautiful experience. Very respectable and professional staff. The breakfast though good could been better with some more varieties to choose from

I received a small package after I had checked out and hotel staffers have confirmed that the package has been received with my name (John Awuah) and Room number 721 on it but they haven't been able to repost to my location in Ghana with address No. 12 Tafawa Balewa Ave. North Ridge Accra, Ghana

I like the lobby area and restaurant seating. The hotel is people friendly of all ages. Clean and easy accessible

The pool wasnt in working condition. One elevator out. I wanted to swim. I believe they purposely gave me a room that wasn't ready for habitat. The A/C leaking water,carpet wet around it. No body wash for bath. Day 2 got some finally. Sink drain slowly
