Negatives: Nothing, the room smelled bad, it's a very bad place, I don't recommend it at all, if I could give it a 0 I would... they don't give you towels, I stayed for 10 days and they didn't clean the room even once, and I went to have my towels changed and they didn't want to, they wanted to charge me $89 to change my towels. When I stayed for more than 10 days, I had to go buy towels, that place is disgusting, I don't recommend it in the least, the staff is extremely rude, the worst that exists.

Negatives: I didn’t like nothing about it, it was dirty and disgusting and it didn’t look like that online until we got there and saw it. I wouldn’t refer anyone to this hotel.

Negatives: Having to call after hours on a pay phone to have the on-call receptionist come to the front desk was incredibly frustrating. It was the middle of the night, my key didn’t work, and I had to make a phone call on a pay phone in the rain for someone to come downstairs. I also found a roach in my room the second I walked in. The room smelled like curry. The stainless steel microwave and stove had grease stains on them. I understand paying for a place to sleep but this was not a good experience at all.

Negatives: No breakfast or coffee. This change was implemented days before my stay so it should’ve been noted on the website. These are two things that I prefer to have when staying at a hotel. Had the website been properly updated, I would’ve chosen to stay elsewhere. I wasn’t aware of this change until I read the different notices posted near the door while I was waiting outside of the lobby for over 10 minutes until the attendant came to let me in. Calling the number listed gets you to “corporate” and then someone from there reaches out to the in site attendant. Leading me to my second issue… No attendant for the overnight hours. The same issue I had at check in (waiting for an attendant) was even worse at check out. I tried calling the number listed again. At previously stated, calling the hotel’s number gets you to “corporate”…not someone on site, no matter which option you choose. When I checked in (by calling the number listed for after hours and then waiting about 12 minutes for someone to come to the office), I wasn’t told that I needed to wait until open hours to check out. Sunday office hours don’t start until 10am, I needed to leave by 9am so around 0830 when I came down for check out, I again had to call the number listed. I was told that I have to wait until the office is open to check out. I explained that I needed to leave by 9. He placed me on hold and attempted to call the property and was unsuccessful. He (Jordan) said that there was nothing he could do about it since no one was answering and that I needed to wait until the lobby opened. I hung up and called back. The next person I explained my situation to told me to take a pic of the room and leave the key. This was a more reasonable and appropriate response, especially when there is no overnight attendant.

Negatives: The room smelled really strongly of smoke. The AC unit was VERY loud. Outdated, old decor. Would not choose this facility again. The advertisement on Booking.com says breakfast included but it is not and they do not even provide coffee.

Negatives: We were not able to stay because the beds had stains completely dirty beds. The room had a strong smell of poop and a very overwhelming smell of weed. Dirty toothbrush and horrible customer service, had and attitude and was not willing to help us at all.

Negatives: No coffee maker or any pots/pans but realize the policy changes now
