Upon departure, the staff who helped me check out was nice. The room was clean enough to my liking and most of the facilities functioned as they should.
Negatives:
Upon arrival, customer service was poor. The front desk was unattended for extended periods of time. Additionally, the gentleman who I checked in with was engaged in personal phone conversations while processing my room, further wasting my time. In my room, there was an advertisement stating that kitchenware can be delivered to my room by calling the front desk. When I called, however, I was told to retrieve the kitchenware myself from the front desk. When I arrived in the lobby, the same gentleman handed me a kitchenware bin. He then told me to empty the bin in my room and return the bin right away so that he wouldn't be charged for the bin getting lost. In the bathroom of my room, the tub's exterior was chipping away, there was a bubble in the ceiling, and the showerhead sprayed sideways. The door hinges in my room were very rusty. The stove light wouldn't turn on, and the lighting altogether was poor. The air conditioner was not able to keep the entire room cool.

Friendly and professional staff checked me in on the 17th of May after 7 pm.
Negatives:
The room itself had a funny smell, and the occupants from other rooms congregated outside my room to smoke. I was in 321, which is on the backside of the property, and didn't sleep well. That may have also been due to the fact that the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The beds were horrible, they were hard and I was twisting and turning all night… The bathtub was peeling and cracked…

It met our needs of getting to cruise. We had easy time with city bus from airport although already late at night. Fast food and gas station store easy walk. Seemed like safe part of town.
