Positives:
Rooms are well designed, very efficient. Liked being able to sit at the desk and look outside. No muss, no fuss. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Appreciated the breakfast and lunch items in the lobby.

Part of the reason I chose this hotel was due to the pool. Upon check-in, it was realized that the pool is under construction with no notification on the website. After checking in, and asking for an ice machine, I was told it was broken and the only way I could receive ice was by a ziplock bag that was pre-packaged in a refrigerator in the lobby. The next morning, I went downstairs to use the microwave to heat food up only to find out that the microwave was gone. Why? Because a guest caught it on fire the previous night. I did not have a car with me and thankfully there was a Hilton next door that served food. I tried to speak with hotel management during my stay, but a manager was never there. I am still waiting to hear back from hotel management.
