Shuttle drivers very nice. I was picked up even when I was not at a proper location.
Negatives:
I was not able to get the room cool enough. The thermostat said 73 degrees at 1:30am, and I was trying for 65 or lower. Didn't sleep well.
Night desk attendant was not very friendly and was hard to understand on the phone. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her.

It could really use some upgrading. Just a little paint on the cabinets in the bathroom would help. The shower heads could use some upgrading. The furniture had stains. A little furniture stain removal would help.
