Unfortunately when I arrived, I was told the shuttle ran on the 1/2 hour. When I went down the next morning I was told that the shuttle wasn't running! I asked how to get to the airport and the attendant answered Uber and said she could not call a taxi !! Shouldn't they have let us know when we were ready, or a sign?? Also, was unable to have a breakfast as now I had to rush. But I wouldn't have eaten anyway as several people had they're dogs next to them at the breakfast tables. As much as I like dogs, I don't expect to sit next to one in a hotel!!! Then when I walked out to meet my car, one dog was peeing on the pole in front of the entrance.
The tv in my bedroom didn't work and the a/c was stuck on cold!
I have another reservation in this hotel soon but canceled my others. You need to rethink the dogs and have better communication with your customers
