I booked snd paid fora King bed 2 weeks before checking in. After checking in the room I was assigned had a broken air unit. So tugging all my belongings to go back downstairs to let them know. Was inconvenient. They sent maintenance to try and fix the unit (219) but he was unable to because of wiring. All the king rooms were sold out and because I had a pending charge we had to settle for a queen. I’m 6’2 and my partner is 6’4. So because it was an uncomfortable experience we weren’t able to stay together. Which was saddening because he spent his birthday night alone having to drive back home because we couldn’t fit comfortably on the queen bed . This stay was not the greatest.

My wife is a swa flight attendant i book the hotel room and email the hotel twice letting them know that ghe reservation was for her.....I seen the chk in girl read the email print out when we arrived and never mentioned anything. When I received my bill we never received the SWA discount. When I call the hotel today t
