The elevators were down and we were not told until after we had finished checking in. We were on the third floor and had to carry our very heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs. My friend has a bad knee and we had just finished flying 12 hours that day. No available rooms on the lower floors.

Everything else. Elevator was down my entire stay and I am disabled. My bedroom was on the 5th floor. It made vacationing very hard and leaving even worse
