A/c was not working in my room. It wasn't too hot so wasn't too much of a problem. Specifically chose this location for the hot tub and pool on site and it was closed. Front desk claimed the website said it was closed. I checked every booking website and the hotel website and it was not noted anywhere that it was closed.

There was someone else hair that occupied the space before me everywhere. In the bed, under the pillow, on the tub, on the toilet and bathroom walls. Very disgusting and disturbing but I cleaned it.
