The location was good for our visit to a comedy show. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there is a small kitchen area.

In order to get fresh towels, we had to leave soiled ones out in the hall in a plastic bag in the AM. We couldn't get fresh ones until after 4pm. No one sahred the hard 4PM until we went dowen to ask for more towels to make an event.

i left early so i didn't have the breakfast.

i always prefer to be situated off the ground flooe and in a room on rear of building, because they always appear to be much quieter than fonrt or floor level rooms. i was given a 3rd floor room in front, even after the receptionist told me i was in luck cause most of their check outs were on the 3rd floor. i should've been given what i requested or at least told only front rooms were free. i wasn't afforded that privilege.
