I refused to stay, there was roaches and flies. It looked like a scene from a movie where everyone is murdered.

Smoke free rooms smell like weed. I saw 3 drug deals happen in less than 10 minutes. The room was nasty. My wife cried when she saw the room. The manager offered another room,I looked at it and it was even worse than the first one. Disgusting.

My room was REALLY outdated. Heating/cooling system was very old and noisy. For some reason, the toilet roll had previously been dropped in water and dried out again. It was mostly solid in places. Strange.

Horrible bleach smell, holes in the wall and bathroom door, the bed had stains on both the top blanket and sheets as well as the pillows, rusted lamp, hair all over the bathroom, cigarette burn on the top sheet.

Property was good and location was excellent!! Unfortunately, the rooms need to be updated . I didnt turn on the heater for fear the it would smoke us out. Looked broken and horrible- metal was sticking out all over.

Office staff was inattentive and never acknowledged that we were standing in front of them to check in - also, we left a medical equipment behind. We I finally reached someone at the office - wasnt very helpful and after several attempts to have them look into the room - same day just hours later only to have them say they found nothing-
