The room was clean and spacious.
Negatives:
The staff was very rude when we asked for more towels since we only had three in the room. Wanted clean towels the next day and was questioned about when we arrived and when we leave. Was offered two pool towels and gave attitude while talking to me. Very disappointed never went to a hotel where the staff was so rude and stingy with towels for the guests. After driving 22 hours for a family death I would not recommend staying here.

The property was clean and well kept. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The pool and the pool area was clean. The pool water could’ve been a lot warmer but overall my children had a wonderful time

The water was too cold for me but my children enjoyed it. It was a horrible smell by the elevators on both floors but staff did try their best to mask the smell
