I paid 500.00 for a 2 night stay there was no ocean view from my balcony. There was 1 small trash bin for the entire room. The walls were so thin I could hear my neighbors. They even knocked on the wall because they said the TV was to loud. I needed an iron it took almost an hr to receive so I left so I wouldn't miss a movie date. Staff was not welcoming at all. There were no accommodations attempted for early check in or late check out. No breakfast offered. I am requesting a refund for one night stay please.

The property was well maintained …. When I walked in I can smell cleaning products … decor is overly.. beds are soft … rooms are up to date .. one of the best hotels I seen in OC other ones are rinky dink … Aloft/Tru/Cambria may be the best ones down there .. ooohhh… the staff was lovely … great hospitality.. the pool area is lovely feel like u on a lil small island… nothing bad to say at all … my air didn’t get real cold but other than that I’d still give it a “high” rating..
