Other guests were really noisy in the hallways around 2am and it was really distracting. Almost called but they stopped luckily.

Positives:
The location was near so many things to do and places to eat, even if it's not the main boardwalk area. I really like how peaceful the further away from the boardwalk you are and the beach is only a walk across the street from the hotel. Love the indoor pool and spa area as well, I definitely spent so much time in the facilities.
Negatives:
There's not really much I didn't like. Honestly some of the finishes like lamp shade could have been done better at the hotel, but honestly being at a beach I really don't mind and everything was just so nice overall.

Great location on north end, very close to the beach, indoor pool and adequate parking. Hot water with good pressure even on 7th floor. Strong WiFi signal

Property was fine. Sheets were a little coarse which was a surprise. Otherwise the appointments of the room were great. Off usb and electrical outlets. Very nicely decorated with new tasteful furnishings

PTAC AC unit pitched backwards. Mold growing on the bottom, not draining to outside. Suite smelled like mold. And there was flys in the unit when we first came in.

We stay here exclusively now that we have our dog.The staff is always friendly & helpful, & the rooms are a nice size & very clean.I love that the hotel offers a grassy area to walk our dog.It’s kept very clean.You can tell it is rinsed throughout the day.
Negatives:
The only thing I do not like is the extra $30 nightly charge for bringing our dog with us.I understand why the hotel does this,however,I wish they would have a refundable charge or just charge the dog owner if their dog does any damage.Our dog is trained,well behaved & never left in the room by herself.She honestly would never cause any damage,and if she ever did,I would certainly pay.

I loved the location, convenient to Delaware beaches. Everything about the hotel was awesome! Grandkids loved the pool and arcade. It was clean even though there were so many pets.

Everything was great. First time staying and it was very nice. I was able to walk 2 streets over and enjoy the beach. Rooms were nice , clean and good size.

I went out and got home late. I had to park on the side down some and walk around. I just didnt like cause I was alone.
