Everything! The staff are wonderful and the fact that we could bring our dog was the winning deal. They were wonderful to our dog and the guests we extremely pleasant as well! I could not have asked for a better stay!

Customer service at the front desk was very poor. The man was rude and unfriendly. The next day, I asked him a question, and his response was rude. My friend made a complaint to the manager that day.

We stayed for a week.
Bedding was never changed.
We put towels in the hallway after 3 days. They were picked up but never replaced. We had to call to get new ones.
A do not clean (or something to that affect) was put on our door 2 days in a row by (assuming) a staff member.
Our bathroom sink was clogged. We reported it. Nothing was done so we unclogged it ourselves.
Our stay was extended by a day (prior to our arrival). We were checked out on the original day and checked back in (we called when we received the receipt)
We were never told we needed new keys.
