I’d go to this hotel...
Positives:
We stayed in room 110 and right outside the front door was the pool and right outside the back door was the beach! That in it's self was priceless! The front desk ladies Shan and Grace were wonderful and helpful and they provided the best customer experience our family has ever had! Thank you ladies. ♡

I really don't have much to complain about except how small the bathroom was, lol. Our room was smaller than most rooms we have stayed in but it actually was very comfortable.

Priceless scenery, perfect location
Positives:
The room was clean. Very bright and beachy decor in the rooms is nice. Has a cafe/bar/restaurant attached. The pool isn’t too deep, which is perfect for small children. All rooms have a balcony. Easy parking on-site. Right on the boardwalk.
Negatives:
The bathroom inside of the room is small. There is a small step down from the bathroom to the rest of the room that the children kept tripping over.

The hotel was very clean, wonderful location, not too crowded, and perfect walking distance from Brass Balls and other amazing restaurants on the board walk

The only thing I didn't really like was the attached restaurant. It had very good food, but a bit pricey. I also didn't like how there were A LOT of flies and I mean A LOT.

All was good except the bathroom. VERY small and finishes such as caulk at floor was dirty and starting to come away. Paint on Bathroom door trim was bubbly and looked like it was ready to peel off.

Second floor room. Nice balcony and ocean view. Beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
Did not like separate sink and shower. Room wasn't cleaned until late in the day. While sitting out on the balcony at 7 pm, relaxing after a busy day, staff decided to mow the front lawn below us. Very annoying.
