I loved everything. Rooms were larger than I thought. There were 2 tvs in each of my rooms. Tv for living room area and tv in bedroom area. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff was nice patient and polite. Pillow and beds comfy

I didn’t like my reservation said breakfast included but it in fact wasn’t. You were given a menu to choose from for restaurant style breakfast it’s not included in booking price.

The online photo of the main lobby was misrepresented. The carpet was filthy with big black stains throughout. The furniture was old and dilapidated. It was horrible. I should get a big discount! I will never stay here again. You all should be ashamed of yourselves! The lobby is a poor representation of your company! Plus it was nosey. With bumping, yelling, and all types of noises over our heads. I was completely dissatisfied.

The front desk associate was really nice. Dalton had great customer service and made the check in process quick and easy
Negatives:
I had to switch to a new room because my original room was dirty. The tub didn't drain which caused a dirt residue and the microwave was dirty and had hair in it. The front desk agent did move me to a new room but even with the new room there was hair on the bed. I was only staying for 1 night and I checked in late so I just cleaned made the best of it and went to bed. I probably won't stay there again.
