The staff at check-in, Denali, was super friendly and accommodating. He helped up ensure we got this correct room type, we needed an accessible room and gave us wonderfully clear instructions on how to use the parking system. I appreciated his kindness and assistance.

The only thing that was a bit bothersome was the elevators. They were super slow.

Beds are comfortable and spacious. Hotel has all types of amenities in the bathroom, including body lotion. The location is beautiful and the harbour is very pleasant, specially at night.

Rooms are outdated and the personnel could be more friendly. Breakfast could include more healthy and less sugary options.

The property was very clean and I liked the layout of the room. It was very spacious. The hotel made safety a priority, you always needed to use your keep for the back door and elevator.
Negatives:
I do not like the way they put a holding fee on your credit card. I was unaware about the holding fee until I arrived. It was an extra $200 added to my total. It took it almost a week to go back into my account but they also took out the room stay total before the money went back into my account. So basically I had 2 hotel stays taken out of my account.
