We stayed during Labor Day weekend. The rooms and common areas were clean and the staff was excellent. When we had a problem with our booking which was booking.com’s fault, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The location was right across from the Gaylord convention center where the NABA Basketball tournament where my family was playing in was being held and walking distance from the Harbor and many restaurants and different bars. ( sports bar, piano bar, and other themed bars). The free hit breakfast was great and so convenient especially with our large family of 9. We had a great time!!!

The location was great, and the parking garage was right behind the hotel.
The breakfast could have been better. I think you need more than 2 waffle makers, there was a long line of people, and some people was making more than waffle at a time and that takes up alot time. Also think you need to have more than 2 breakfast meat at a time, alot of people don't like chicken sausage

I booked my husband and I room online with Booking.com a King Suite with the sofa etc. We arrived at the hotel at 4pm the room wasn't ready, so we waited 30 mins then we went back to the desk, 2 other travelers was having issue with their room, once it was our turn the guest clerk tells us there was no King suites available and wouldn't be able to get one until the next day-Sun, this was very inconvenient, we paid for a King Suite. So we just stayed in the regular king room. Then when we finally got the room key, we literally went to the front desk 3 times cause the key wasn't working smh
