The view from our room was perfect. The breakfast was great and so was the servers that help replenished the food. The evening bar was great as well. We got some appetizer and drinks. Everyone who works there that we encounter was friendly and helpful. Great staff

Unfortunately we had someone who was on our floor was drunk and was banging on the walls screaming in the hallway, running up and down the hallway. Security came and handled the problem.

I’m really big on service and when the employees have the heart of a servant . It changes everything, I go from visiting, to wanting to stay longer.
Negatives:
I think my coffee machine in my suite was broken , but that’s okay because great service can even get you away with selling a stale bagel. I’d enjoy it still because of how the service made me feel.
