My icemaker did not work. Other than that, Pertfect! Oh, Keys had to be reactivated for several people on more than 1 occassion. Front Door was scan in during early eve. Front desk (some) may need courtesy training. The younger girl/long hair on Sunday Morning & 1 male on Monday eve.
Overnight housekeeper was amazing. And, staff for breakfast was amazing.

Breakfast was good. They had a great variety. I was impressed with them having Oatmilk available for coffee. The rooms were nice and clean as well.
Negatives:
The staff when I arrived was not very friendly. The Gentleman at the counter was not helpful. I requested to have additional pillows in the room for my coworker that was sleeping on the sofa bed. I asked him if my requests were already in the room before going up there. He said, it has been taken care of. I show up and there was nothing in there. It was not a welcoming experience. The lady at the desk upon check out was very friendly and nice.
