Although I booked a room on the basis of having breakfast included, that did not turn out to be the case. We were charged for breakfast the 2 mornings we were there. Front desk was unhelpful, claiming their records show we booked "room only". In spite of contacting 'booking.com' several times, this hasn't been resolved and we haven't been refunded the amount for breakfast - which was exorbitant considering the offerings on the buffet. Would not book here again.

Location was great, ease of check in was great as well.
Negatives:
There was no mini fridge in the room. There was only an ice box which wasnt even cold and when i put ice in it to keep medication cold, the ice melted and everything was floating in water. Definitely dont see how this ice box is useful at all and would prefer the standard mini fridge. There was also a lot of screaming and laughing at all hours of the evening from people in the hallways, so the rooms were not as sound proof as we thought. Parking was not validated.
