the staff was friendly, but didn't seem to be well trained. It took a long time to communicate with them. They also promised stuff (like free parking for handicap and refund of early checkout) that they couldn't deliver.

Bathroom door is a barn-type sliding door. Not private or sound proof. I'd change those but otherwise, superb hotel room.

I asked for a refund on the last night stay - I left a day early... I was refused the refund! the breakfast service was weird...
Positives:
easy checkin, staff knowledge of area,close options of good healthy food can not be beat. Washongton DC area subway right across the street ,like one big block. Room was quiet with miminalist openness that made it feel even bigger.
Negatives:
the filtered water on the 6th floor had a metal taste, no idea why but the room water or downstairs water for free was much better, maybe a filter.
