The property is not being maintained or remodeled. There were stains on the hall carpet. Rooms need repainting. We did not have a shower curtain. Our friends did not have a bathroom light in their room and the clerk asked if we could wait until the next morning, which was silly, since we were only staying one night. The pathetic "breakfast" consisted of something like a granola bar and a blueberry muffin with coffee. For the price, they could do much better than that. If obvious things that we can see are not up to par, what are the things that we cannot see as easily, such as cleanliness. We had stayed at this same facility about a year ago and it has gone downhill since. I do not have confidence in this facility and we will no longer be staying here or recommending it.

I would like a refund nothing about this stay was comfortable I had to book a five star hotel because my family wasn’t able to take a shower it was nasty the beds have bedbugs we were itching the whole time we were there I asked to move rooms the lady told me they didn’t have any clean no one is never at the front desk I had to pay 22 for a late check when it wasn’t worth my stay and the hallway on the 3rd floor smells like dog piss the AC isn’t working in the hallway the stay was horrible the microwave looked like somebody was shooting at it and the man said the bathroom was new lol we’re sir it nasty what human is showering

Please return my money , I made a reservation at 11:00 pm and sent a note asking you to allow my daughter Nicole deneau to check in. When she arrived the PAID reservation thru booking was not honored by the front desk , she basically had to make a new one and pay 200 . I called the property and they told me to contact booking , I contact booking and they are telling me to contact the property ! PLEASE I NEED MY 175 dollars back !

I love the kitchenette included in the room with a little dining area, along with a desk I could work at. Also had a big armchair this time we haven’t had before - pretty comfortable. Also GREAT air conditioning - this stay we were able to stay cool even with the horrible hot weather outside!
