Positives: The beds were comfortable and the no one disturbed me.

Negatives: Key card was not working I was locked out of my hotel room for an hour. There were stains in my sheets and the beds did not seem clean. Not enough breakfast food for everyone and no coffee. Staff had poor communication skills. Not up to par with the price I paid for the room.

Positives: The staff at the front were very friendly and even kept a positive attitude when dealing with other difficult guests. The rooms were decent for the price.

Negatives: The room was not very clean. I had to wear shoes on the carpet because of how dirty it felt under my feet. The remote for the tv was filthy and sticky. The pool was closed and that wasn’t disclosed during booking.
